As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you’ll work directly with leading companies across industries, shaping their go-to-market approaches, designing impactful campaigns, and ensuring strategies deliver measurable results.
You're the one we are looking for, if
  • You bring at least 4–6+ years of professional experience in marketing consultancy/agency work, B2B marketing, or a sales/marketing strategy role.
  • You have a strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for clients.
  • You’re confident in front of senior stakeholders and can guide them from concept to execution.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, cross-industry environments and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • You want to be part of a consultancy where your expertise directly shapes client success stories.
Your Role in Shaping the Future
  • Support and deliver client projects: Work on marketing and sales efficiency initiatives, campaign audits, and optimization programs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies: Research, design, and refine GTM approaches tailored to specific industries, markets, and client challenges.
  • Analyze and benchmark: Conduct market and competitor analysis, assess client marketing maturity, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive campaign optimization: Evaluate existing campaigns, define KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI.
  • Create deliverables and recommendations: Prepare workshops, reports, and actionable playbooks that guide clients in their marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with clients: Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes.
Your Value-Add
  • 4–6+ years of experience in marketing consulting, agency work, or B2B strategy execution.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, go-to-market planning, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital campaign tools.
  • Solid project management abilities and comfort handling multiple client engagements.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Familiarity with the German and wider European B2B landscape.
