(Senior) B2B Inbound Marketing Manager

You're the one we are looking for, if
  • You have mastered the B2B inbound marketing and lead generation game and want to apply your skills where they make a difference.
  • You love to create campaigns that convert and can always think of the right content angle that connects with the target audiences.
  • You bring experience in driving B2B marketing for digital services, ideally within a consultancy or digital agency context, and know how to position complex offerings in a clear and compelling way.
  • You’re self-sufficient and proactive — you don’t wait for instructions; you bring ideas, implement them, and optimize along the way.
Your Role in Shaping the Future
  • Develop and run inbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.) to attract and engage prospects.
  • Develop and manage content that attracts and nurtures leads: Produce case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and other assets that support client acquisition.
  • Identify relevant topics and content strategies that position us as a trusted expert in digital consulting and implementation.
  • Manage social media and website to ensure an online presence that resonates with senior business audiences.
  • Measure and optimize: Track performance of campaigns and channels, and continuously optimize based on data and insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align targeting, messaging, and funnel priorities.
Your Value-Add
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in inbound lead generation and digital campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of the consultancy/agency business model and how to market services (not products).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp (or similar CRM/automation tools), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different formats (website, social, sales decks, case studies).
  • Passion for conscious digital products and the desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative and structured mindset.
  • Fluency in English (must-have), German (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with the German and European B2B landscape.
