As a Sales Manager at DPM you are the first point of contact for our potential new clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Munich or remote from Germany. 
You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital products, a wide network and a proven track record in sales.

As a sales team member, you collaborate closely with other disciplines within DPM to understand our services offerings and solve the challenges of our clients in the best possible way.
Your Role in Shaping the Future
  • Identify and engage potential clients: Take the first call with inbound or referred leads to understand their situation, priorities, and fit with DPM’s expertise.
  • Explore needs and opportunities: Lead exploration calls to uncover business goals, challenges, and success criteria, involving the right DPM experts when needed.
  • Shape the right solution: Collaborate with consulting and product teams to translate findings into a clear proposal outlining approach, impact, and value.
  • Guide clients through decision and offer: Present proposals with clarity and confidence, adjust to client feedback, and build alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Close and hand over successfully: Finalize agreements, ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team, and stay connected to strengthen long-term relationships.
Your Value-Add
  • A degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital products and services
  • Passion for conscious digital products and the desire to have a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Background in consulting or digital agency
  • Ideally, you already bring a network of potential clients or industries and are familiar with their purchasing structures and project requirements.
